Visit during final production
A few weeks before delivery, Benny Andersson visited Kokkola together with Swedish sales representatives Jan-Erik Tylli and Johan Brodin to check on the new crane truck at the end of production. The visit during final production ensures that even the finest details meet the customers’ expectations.
“These meetings are essential when we go through everything during final production. If you think of something that could be done differently, there is still time for some adjustments”, says Benny.

No problem selling an old crane truck
Benny has had several Tyllis-built crane trucks over the years and emphasises that it is never a problem to get an old crane truck sold. “There have been three people interested in buying my old crane truck. If you have a Tyllis-built crane truck, it is worth more on the second-hand market than its competitors”, says Benny.
During the visit, we ask Benny what makes him repeatedly choose Tyllis-built transport solutions. “The constructions are sturdy, and you know that the crane truck will stay put. Tyllis is a little heavier than some others, but that’s also why it’s durable. You receive a product delivered exactly as you want it, and you know that everything works when you shake hands at delivery”, says Benny.
